- Pool hours: Summer 09:00–20:00; Winter 09:00–19:00
- Maximum capacity: 20 persons
- No diving or running around the pool area
- No food, glasses, glass bottles or other glass containers in the pool area
- Music is permitted only with headphones
- No reserving sunbeds
- No inflatables, floats or balls in the pool
- No animals in the pool area
- Children wearing nappies must use swim nappies
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Please shower before entering the pool
- Do not walk or play in planted garden areas
- Do not feed animals
- Please respect the facilities and other residents
House Rules
- Please keep noise levels low and respect neighbours.
- Parties or events are strictly not allowed.
- Household waste must be disposed of only in the designated refuse rooms.
- Please keep all common areas clean.
- Do not hang towels or clothes over terrace railings or in common areas.
